Description: Construction of a new Central Utility Plant for the Fitzsimons campus. Project included chillers, boilers, cooling towers, auxiliary systems, building, and other infrastructure to provide heating/cooling to this 227 acre medical campus. Approximate size of project: $25,000,000 Phase I; final build-out projected $44,000,000 |
